Hi, I’m Julie the pastry chef and creator behind Sirov Sweets!

My love for baking started at just five years old, learning side by side with my mom and grandma. What began as a childhood passion has grown into a space where tradition meets creativity.

In 2023, I had the opportunity to further refine my craft by attending Amaury Guichon Pastry Academy, where I deepened my skills in pastry technique, design, and precision. This experience shaped the way I approach every dessert — thoughtfully, intentionally, and with a strong focus on quality.

Every cake and dessert is made with high-quality ingredients, attention to detail, and lots of love. I specialize in custom cakes, catering and elevated desserts designed to make your celebrations feel extra special.
